Job Description
Asha Neuromodulation Clinics, a unit of Vihanga, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team. The role requires managing patient interactions, including calling patients to explain our services, answering queries, and setting up appointments.
Responsibilities:
- Job Timing: 2 PM to 9 PM
- Maintain patient data and CRM systems.
- Work closely with the marketing team and submit daily reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- 3 years of customer service experience.
- Graduation or Diploma completion.
Salary: ₹25,00.00 per month, plus overtime pay.
