Job Description
Join the AT&T GCSC Teams as a Tier T1.5 Support Specialist, where you will be the first responder for strategic services like Flexware and SDWAN OTT. Your responsibilities include network triage, service restoration, and managing transport circuits. You will analyze network events, coordinate resources, and handle ticket management while collaborating with support groups.
We seek candidates with 1-3 years of experience in telecommunications and networking, alongside CCNA/CCNP certification. Strong verbal communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
Work location is Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Regular weekly hours are 40.
