Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Retail Promoter to represent BALAJI GRAND BAZAR in various retail outlets. In this exciting role, you will actively engage with customers, showcase product features, and enhance sales through outstanding customer service and strategic in-store promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote products effectively to customers and drive sales.
- Engage customers by clearly explaining product benefits.
- Monitor inventory levels and uphold visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational requirement: 10th/12th grade; graduation preferred.
- 1-2 years of retail experience is preferred; however, freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Compensation: Fixed salary with incentives, ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹20,00.00 per month.
