Job Description
Berkowits Hair and Skin Clinic is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on outbound leads generated from digital marketing campaigns, managing incoming customer inquiries, and efficiently handling multi-channel communications on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
Applicants should possess a minimum of six months of experience in a customer-facing role, exhibit strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, and feel confident in making outbound calls. Flexibility in working hours is also required to meet the demands of our dynamic environment.
