Job Description
Bizknowmics is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in engaging potential customers, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records. You will connect with prospects through phone calls and written communications, contribute to team meetings, and assist with various administrative tasks.
We seek candidates with exceptional communication abilities, a positive demeanor, and the capability to manage stress effectively. A Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of one year of experience in customer relations is preferred. This position is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, with a competitive salary of up to ₹25,00/month.
