Ideal candidates will have expertise in products such as Room Air Conditioners, Water Purifiers, Air Purifiers, and Air Coolers. A solid understanding of service offerings, channel management, and vendor relationships is crucial. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
Your key responsibilities will encompass the regular review of outstanding complaints, meeting revenue targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with preventive maintenance protocols. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BTech) and possess 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in service delivery and account management.
