Job Description
We at Bombay Surgical Co are seeking a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Continental DCDP. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in Continental cuisine and excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities include maintaining hygiene standards, managing food stocks, assisting with menu planning and costing, providing innovative menu ideas, ordering food supplies, and controlling production to minimize waste. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for scheduling junior kitchen staff and maintaining records of prepared food and inventory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹27,00.00 per month
Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus
