Job Description
Bricspace Properties is seeking a motivated Real Estate Salesperson. The successful candidate will be responsible for sales and achieving targets while bringing diverse experience in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties.
- Assess client needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Negotiate on behalf of clients with insights on market conditions.
- Conduct market analysis to determine property values.
- Market and display real estate to potential buyers.
- Stay informed about real estate trends.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month | Experience: 1 year in real estate sales preferred.
Work Location: In person during day shifts.
