Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Organic Chemist to join our team. The successful candidate will conduct organic synthesis and chemical reactions following R&D protocols, perform purification, extraction, recrystallization, and characterization of organic compounds, and maintain accurate lab records and chemical inventories while adhering to safety protocols. Additional responsibilities include assisting senior scientists with process development and scale-up, operating analytical instruments (basic knowledge acceptable), supporting quality control efforts, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

We require a strong understanding of organic chemistry and reaction mechanisms, basic laboratory instrument handling skills, and excellent documentation and reporting abilities. The ideal candidate will work effectively within a team and possess a keen attention to detail with a safety-conscious approach.
