Job Description
A reputable Builder with numerous projects in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai is actively seeking a Legal Professional (Advocate) with 5-7 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate and Construction sectors. Proficiency in reading, writing, and typing in Marathi is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting due diligence on property and title verification.
- Registering projects under RERA and facilitating customer flat registrations.
- Forming housing societies and managing associated legal matters.
- Coordinating with litigation advocates and overseeing court proceedings.
Location: Navi Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time, 6 Days a Week
Salary: ₹600,00 – ₹700,00 per annum
