Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Executive to join our team at Bureau Veritas. In this role, you will assist in paperwork, distribute and collect inspection samples, prepare and issue quotations and reports for clients and factories, and maintain the Integrated Business Management System (IBMS).
You will coordinate with local and overseas clients, supervisors, and vendors, ensuring smooth operations for inspection activities. Your responsibilities will include updating reports, managing invoicing, and supporting the Sub-Regional Manager as needed. Candidates should have a graduate degree and excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
