Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Service Desk professional to join our team at Burns & McDonnell in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The successful candidate will handle daily hardware and software troubleshooting, manage Azure login ID creation, and assist with new joiner setups. Key responsibilities include OS and software installations, troubleshooting MACBOOK issues, and maintaining audio-video rooms, printers, and plotters.

Ideal candidates should have experience with ServiceNow, asset management, and effective communication skills. A Diploma/Degree and 3-5 years of experience are required.
