Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing innovative business strategies to drive company growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving established business development targets through effective planning. The candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team on proposals and conduct market research to analyze competitors and identify emerging trends.
The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of sales experience, a proven track record in acquiring new business for revenue growth, and relevant experience in digital services or agencies. A graduate in a relevant field, excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali are required.
Compensation ranges from ₹15,00.00 to ₹35,00.00 per month. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 4:30 PM.
