Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collection Officer to manage client collections via direct communication and telephone outreach, ensuring the company’s cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients for payments.
- Monitor timely collections.
- Maintain transaction records.
- Prepare collection reports.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field, 3 years of field sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹20,00 – ₹30,00 per month
