Job Description
CAPAAR is seeking a dedicated Front Office Administrator with 1 to 3 years of experience. The salary is negotiable for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming visitors and managing customer interactions.
- Scheduling appointments and managing communications.
- Calculating and collecting fees and maintaining attendance records.
- Coordinating office supplies and managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills (MS-Word, MS-Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- Experience in front office work is preferred.
Full-time positions offer a salary of ₹25,00 – ₹35,00/month, with benefits including health insurance and a provident fund.
