Job Description

We are seeking a talented Customer Services Engineer (CSE) with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore at Capgemini Engineering.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team to address technical queries related to In-Service Engineering for all Airbus civil aircraft.

• Analyze daily customer queries and agree on resolution deadlines and strategies.

• Utilize your experience in propulsion, fuel, APU, and air systems, as well as your understanding of Airline maintenance and operations.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with technical tools and MS Office suite.

• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
