Job Description
Clix Capital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Litigations – BL department. The ideal candidate will attend court proceedings at the state level, interact with law enforcement, and handle criminal complaints. Responsibilities include managing legal cases, filing execution proceedings in arbitration awards, and handling section 14 orders under Sarfaesi proceedings.
Qualifications: A law degree from a reputable university, a minimum of 2 years of experience, strong knowledge of recovery laws, and excellent communication skills.
