Job Description
Cognizant is seeking candidates for the L2 Support position. Ideal candidates should have 1 to 8 years of experience in application/production support, solid knowledge of Linux, Unix, and shell scripting. Proficiency in SQL, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Experience with workflow automation tools like Control M and automation using Unix shell scripts and Python is required. Familiarity with ITIL concepts and support tools is important. Excellent communication skills are a must.
