Job Description
Cognizant is looking for a UX Research Operations Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. This role requires 3 to 12 years of experience in UX research operations for SAAS products. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end research operations, partnering with cross-functional teams to build and facilitate early adopter testing programs.
Key responsibilities include developing a user advisory board, managing customer recruiting and engagement, creating documentation of research processes, and presenting findings to drive design and strategy. Strong analytical skills and the ability to advocate for user empathy are essential.
