Job Description
In this role, you will be the key liaison for our customers, providing exceptional service by resolving inquiries and building strong relationships. Your responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- Scheduling technicians for maintenance and repairs.
- Maintaining accurate records and monitoring inventory levels.
- Collaborating with clients and internal teams for a seamless experience.
This full-time position offers a salary of ₹22,741.40 – ₹25,859.44 per month, plus benefits. Preferred candidates have at least 1 year of relevant experience.
