Job Description
Concentrix, a technology-enabled global business services company, is seeking an Advisor II for Transaction Processing fluent in Russian. In this role, you will review online videos, content, and complaints from customers regarding copyright issues, update content for social media platforms, and oversee the audit of submissions for social media uploads.
Key qualifications include proficiency in Russian and English, prior experience in Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) or regulatory work, and a strong understanding of current affairs and social media policies. A graduation or diploma in any discipline is required.
