Job Description
Job Purpose: Assist AGM – CRM for the smooth function of the customer relationship management system.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Required customer support/service experience.
- Handle walk-in customers and provide exceptional service.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Respond to client calls positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Meet daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Work Experience: 6 – 8 years.
