Job Description
CONGLOMERATE IT LLC is seeking a motivated Bench-Sales Recruiter to recruit and develop talent while managing administrative tasks to enhance our workplace environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Market IT Bench Consultants to vendors and clients.
- Identify job requirements and schedule interviews.
- Engage in cold calling and negotiate prices.
- Communicate effectively and understand US tax terms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 years of US IT Bench sales experience preferred.
- Self-motivated and willing to work night shifts.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹300,00.00 – ₹600,00.00 per year
