Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Verification Executive to join our team at Cosmic IT Services Pvt Ltd. Your primary responsibilities will include verifying documents from client coordinators and addressing any related queries promptly. You’ll also resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive relationship with clients via phone.
Requirements:
- Fresher candidates are welcomed
- Age limit: up to 28 years
- Must speak Hindi; English is preferred
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-focused attitude
Pay: ₹10,293.63 – ₹34,670.08 per month
