Job Description
Cosmic IT Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Non-Voice Process Associate. In this role, you will follow up with customers via email and chat to address their needs, inquiries, concerns, and complaints. You will also handle inbound communications in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome
- Aged up to 28 years
- Must speak Hindi; English is preferred
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- Excellent communication skills

Pay: ₹9,812.90 – ₹40,179.09 per month
