Job Description
Credvent is seeking a dynamic and motivated Voice Process Executive fluent in Telugu or Kannada to enhance our customer support team. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional service and resolving customer queries effectively.

Requirements: Proficiency in Telugu or Kannada, previous customer service experience preferred, strong communication skills, and basic computer skills.
