Job Description
Crown Veterinary Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive. In this role, you will communicate with customers via WhatsApp and calls to schedule appointments and provide reminders. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring all client information is accurate.
Requirements include fluency in English, excellent communication skills, and at least 5 years of experience in customer service. Familiarity with scheduling and CRM tools is essential. This full-time, permanent position offers a salary of ₹35,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month.
Work location is in-person at Nariman Point during day shifts.
