Job Description
Cushman & Wakefield is actively looking for a Helpdesk Operator to enhance our work order system and deliver vital support to our helpdesk operations. The successful candidate will address service requests through both phone and email, assist the on-site Facilities Management team in ensuring prompt service delivery, and accurately log tickets in ServiceNow. Key responsibilities include creating and managing work orders, directing hotline calls, maintaining a well-organized reception area, and collaborating with various departments to resolve issues effectively.
