D Tech Information Technology and Outsourcing is seeking a dedicated Freight Forwarding Customer Service Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for clients and partners, managing shipment statuses, documentation, and logistical inquiries. Responsibilities include responding to communications, providing shipment updates, coordinating deliveries, and resolving customer issues.
Requirements include 1-3 years of customer service experience, strong knowledge of international shipping processes, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is preferred.
