Job Description
We are Daivik Developers, seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual for the position of Sales and Reservations In-Charge at Villa Vara. This role involves managing bookings, driving sales, and enhancing guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle reservations through calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Develop strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Promote the villa via online platforms and social media.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address guest queries.
- Prepare reports on sales and booking trends.
Requirements: Experience in sales/reservations (hospitality preferred), strong communication, and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹10,399.37 – ₹18,00.00 per month, with commission pay and performance bonuses.
