Job Description
The Della Group is in search of a qualified and experienced Maintenance & Waterproofing Supervisor to manage all waterproofing operations at Della Adventure and Resorts. This position entails overseeing on-site waterproofing projects, coordinating with vendors and team members to ensure high-quality execution, and safeguarding the water-resistant integrity of all structures.
Key responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, recommending effective waterproofing solutions, and maintaining comprehensive records of work performed. Ideal candidates should possess an ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in waterproofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Experience within the hospitality or resort sector is advantageous.
