Job Description
Join our team at DHL as a Territory Service Representative (Bikers). This role involves the essential tasks of unloading bags, scanning shipments, sorting, and delivering packages accurately according to addresses. You will also collect acknowledgment from customers via BYOD devices, update shipment statuses, and ensure all deliveries are handed over to the supervisor on the same day.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for timely pickups, inspecting serviceable locations, counting shipments, and performing sorting and bagging processes. Proper dress code and equipment are mandatory for all delivery points.
