Job Responsibilities:
- Provide first call resolution for all customer inquiries and online booking engine support.
- Comply with standards of customer service to ensure confidence, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Achieve individual revenue and customer service targets.
- Support implementation of new technology and work methods.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products, services, and policies.
- Ensure data protection and confidentiality for staff and customers.
- Act as the voice of the brand and support other departments as required.

Pay: ₹400,00.00 – ₹418,00.00 per year
