Job Description
Join Doiter Castings as an HPDC Shift In-charge. In this key role, you will supervise and coordinate all High Pressure Die Casting activities during your shift. You will ensure production schedules are met, lead a team of operators and technicians, conduct equipment inspections, and enforce safety protocols.
Your responsibilities also include performing quality checks, collaborating with engineering and maintenance teams, and maintaining production records. A strong background in 5S, IATF, and 4M management is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary between ₹28,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as food provisions, health insurance, and a provident fund.
Requirements
