Job Description
Dr. Ahameds Apple LLP is currently on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Telecaller Executive. In this position, you will engage in outbound calls to patients, families, and healthcare providers, delivering vital information and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to patients and healthcare providers.
- Offer emotional support and address any concerns.
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to improve communication.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or patient support.
