Eagle Fleet Services Private Limited (Red Taxi) is seeking a Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Responsibilities: Manage calls, follow scripts, identify customer needs, improve retention, and maintain records.
Requirements: Previous customer support experience, strong communication skills, familiarity with CRM systems, basic computer skills, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency in Tamil and English.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹14,00 – ₹16,00 per month with benefits.
