Job Description
Eagle Fleet Services Pvt Ltd (Red Taxi) is actively seeking a dedicated Executive to join our Vendor Support team. In this role, you will manage vendor calls, assess requests and complaints, and deliver effective solutions to ensure vendor satisfaction.
Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years of experience in vendor support or customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, and a Bachelor’s degree. Proficiency in CRM tools is essential.
This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation starting at ₹17,00.00 per month, along with health insurance and additional benefits.
