Job Description
What you’ll do: You will be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and completing Purchase Orders (PO) and modifications using various ERP systems. Your role includes acting as a Proofer/Auditor for orders, processing customer orders with attention to detail, and maintaining organized order files. Proactive communication with customers and meeting internal/external satisfaction is essential.
Qualifications: We are seeking graduates with a minimum of 2 years in Customer Service or Materials-related fields. Strong skills in ERP systems, data entry, and Microsoft Office are required.
