Job Description
Join Eaton as an Associate Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will manage orders, ensuring accurate entry and timely processing in our ERP systems, such as MFGPRO or Siebel C360. You’ll serve as a proofer/auditor to avoid discrepancies and maintain organized documentation. Proactive communication with both internal and external customers is essential to keep them informed of order status and to meet service level agreements.
Qualifications include a graduate/postgraduate degree with at least 2 years in customer service or materials-related fields, strong knowledge of ERP systems, excellent data entry, and organizational skills.
