Job Description
Ecstasoft Solutions Private Ltd is currently seeking a committed Back Office Executive to facilitate and oversee daily operational activities. This position requires the monitoring of workflows and collaboration with the Client Servicing departments to ensure that tasks are completed in alignment with organizational objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, suggesting process enhancements, and maintaining documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you will be tasked with tracking performance metrics, resolving operational challenges, and providing effective support to team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,586.85 – ₹41,144.05 per month
Schedule: Day shift, Morning shift, Night shift
