Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Office Executive to become a part of our team. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Coordinating with assistants in Japan and worldwide to organize meetings and travel.
• Managing expenses and invoices according to company policies.
• Providing phone coverage and support for senior executives.
• Scheduling meetings, including conference calls and video conferences.
• Formatting presentation materials and distributing meeting minutes.
• Planning public relations functions, special events, and seminars for the department.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Entry-level

Salary: ₹17,012.09 – ₹27,971.34 per month
