Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive Operations to join our team at Ergode. In this role, you will be responsible for managing account health and RP case management by monitoring daily performance, resolving issues, and meeting targets.
Your duties will include reviewing hold and attention lists, tracking orders to ensure timely delivery, and collaborating with the Account Manager to address account-related challenges. You will also coordinate with the inventory team for accurate listings and perform monthly updates on commission structures while ensuring compliance with duties across various countries.
