Job Description
Esquire Computers is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team at our Thrissur location. In this position, you will deliver outstanding customer service, address complaints, and promote our products through outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Promote our products and services to clients.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Exceptional communication abilities.

Salary: ₹12,00 – ₹15,00 per month. This is a full-time position with day shifts.
