Job Description
Job Outline: The Sales Coordinator/Executive is responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales targets by responding to leads via mass mailing, phone, and email. This role involves coordinating with production and stores to execute orders on time, generating sales reports, and conducting proactive sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and collect prospective customer data.
- Send e-catalogues to target customer segments.
- Assist in scheduling appointments for sales representatives.
- Handle sales inquiries and support customers.
- Prepare and maintain sales records.
- Coordinate for support and timely deliveries.
- Generate monthly sales reports.
Qualifications: BBA/MBA/Engineering Graduate preferred. Proficiency in English and Tamil is required.
