EXPERT DIGIHEALTH is seeking a motivated Telecalling & Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage inbound and outbound calls to effectively explain our services and address client inquiries. Additionally, you will follow up with clients via phone and WhatsApp, maintain accurate client records, and assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling and documentation.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and Malayalam, have basic computer proficiency, and demonstrate excellent time management abilities. A pleasant voice and a professional telephone demeanor are essential for success in this role.
