Job Description

Join Expleo as an L1/L2 Operations Client Support Specialist! We seek candidates with strong knowledge in the Cards Domain and familiarity with the PRIME application. This role includes providing L1/L2 support based on client requests, covering batch processing, transaction posting, application monitoring, and more. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be willing to work rotational shifts (8 hours/day).
