Job Description
Expleo is seeking a skilled PLM End User Support Specialist to provide comprehensive engineering support for our clients utilizing 3D experience, Enovia, CATIA, and other CAD/PDM applications. Key responsibilities include resolving incidents, providing coaching and methodologies to end users, and monitoring the performance of engineering applications.
Applicants should hold a Bachelor of Engineering with 1-3 years of experience in automotive CAD/PDM and CAE support. Essential skills include troubleshooting skills in CATIA/Enovia or NX/Teamcenter and proficiency in the Microsoft product suite. Familiarity with the ITIL framework is a plus.
