Facile Services is seeking a skilled Voice and Accent Trainer to enhance the communication skills of our agents. The ideal candidate will collaborate with operational and quality teams to develop training programs and provide constructive feedback to agents. A minimum of 3 years of experience in voice and accent training is required, along with strong coaching abilities.
