Job Description
Fexle Services Pvt Ltd is currently in search of a committed Back Office Executive to coordinate and manage daily operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring workflows and timelines to ensure tasks are completed on time, collaborating effectively with the Client Servicing departments, and identifying operational inefficiencies to propose improvements.
Your key responsibilities will include preparing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs), tracking performance metrics, promptly addressing operational challenges, and providing necessary resources and guidance to team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freshers welcome
Salary: ₹14,441.31 – ₹29,124.93 per month
Schedule: Day shift, Morning shift, Night shift
