Job Description
Fexle Services Pvt Ltd is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operational processes to ensure seamless execution.
Your key duties will include monitoring workflows and timelines, collaborating closely with Client Servicing departments, identifying areas for improvement, and documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Additionally, you will be tasked with tracking and reporting performance metrics, promptly addressing operational issues, and providing team members with essential resources.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Freshers welcome.
Compensation: ₹14,441.31 – ₹29,124.93 per month.
Schedule: Day shift, Morning shift, Night shift.
Work Location: On-site.
